Building Regulations pre-check, multi-agent
A scheme description goes in. An orchestrator decides which Approved Documents apply and hands each to a specialist agent working in parallel. A reviewer merges the findings and flags where the requirements pull against each other.
Why this one earns multi-agent
- Independent, parallel work: each Approved Document check needs its own narrow context, so a long fire review never crowds out the access check.
- The value is in the conflicts: fire door specification against accessible door widths is exactly where single-pass answers go wrong.
- Deterministic where it can be: lookups and thresholds live in code tools, not in the prompt.
- Evaluated: sample schemes with known answers, run on every change.
